The minibus was excellent and the rate was more competitive than any of the “National” providers - but there was more to this service than just the vehicle. Meashams combines all the efficiency of a smart online platform with the service ethos of an established, highly professional family business, I rang them twice with a couple of questions - the phone was answered promptly by a friendly voice who had complete knowledge of the hire. Compare this to the “Nationals” - who (I’ve discovered to my cost) have 20 minute holds, followed by a maze of options, followed by a phone operative who reads from a script and can’t help. Meashams epitomises excellent service, and they’re most personable too.
